Coffee Is Life!

Does your head starts to pound when you skip your morning mug? You became grumpy before your first dose? You can't concentrate without being caffeinated? A-huh! You're a certified coffee dependent! (Shake hands)

Caffeine has been a part of our daily substance. What can we do? It's so tempting and it gives us some kind of a pleasure and it boosts our mood whenever we get a mug of it for some reason. It's our kind of heroine. It gives us a kind of high that we just can't explain.

I tried so many times to wean off of it, but I failed. Whenever I eat lunch, I have my coffee. Whenever I'm stressed, coffee. When I just can't think of anything and I want my brain cells to work, coffee. Before I go to bed during my off, coffee. When I finally got a chance to sit in the corner and browse IG, coffee. And I guess most of you out there is worse than me (I know someone! Laughs)

Anyway, it's completely normal. Like any other drug, the clearest evidence that you're addicted to caffeine is that you experience withdrawal symptoms when you're not taking it. Chances are you're consuming more than you even realize, making your body recognize a low level of constant caffeination as the norm.

Withdrawal symptoms? - Ripping one's skin off and robbing a Starbucks.

Catchphrase: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, JUST INJECT THE COFFEE INTO MY JUGULAR VEIN! :)
