Midnight Mercato: A Food Market For Night Owls

by - Saturday, January 20, 2018

Mercato Centrale or "Central Market" is the most visited food markets in BGC, Taguig city every weekend. Not only because of the location. The food here is what makes the people coming back. There is a plethora of food stalls for you to check and marvel on.

Here are some of the photos I was able to take while looking for something to eat.

City of Drinks
A must-try! We had the cheesy-bacon and hikori sauce.

My friend's jowa had the Cucumber Lemonade
While I had the Pink Lemonade
Lugaw after a night party? They got you covered 😉
I loved their Shawarma Rice!
Yes, you can order drinks here.
If you're "single", then you should only have the single order option. LOL! Charot.
Lechon for the win!
Beer's perfect pairing 😍
Yes, they have it too!
If there are no tables available, you always go for a sidewalk picnic as well 😄 - the third wheel
See? Told yah.

Mercato Centrale is open every Wednesdays to Saturdays, 6PM - 3AM (as of this writing). To get more updates about their schedule, feel free to visit their Facebook page here.

How to get to Mercato Centrale, BGC?

Easy, peasy! Just book an Uber or Grab to Mercato Centrale, BGC 😊 LOL. Aside from those, you can also take the BGC bus from EDSA Ayala, take the WEST ROUTE and drop off in front of RCBC. Or, you can also take the jeep with Market! Market! placard from EDSA Ayala (behind the gasoline station, across the Telus building) and just tell the driver to drop you off near the Twenty-Four seven building.
